Shipping Policy
We ship usually within the 2-3 days after receiving the ordres however in case of wedding and monsoon seasons when the order quantity is more and logistics is challenging we might take few days extra so that products are back in stock and logistic facilities are streamlined.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is simple and straightforward. We do not cancel after the order is shipped to customers.
We do not exchange products, we only replace products that too only if you have received damaged product.
To claim damage on arrival replacement customer should have the unboxing video of the order with proper customer name, address & our original packaging of the parce, failing to which there won't be any damage on arrival replacement.
